Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after a certain time frame. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. Chocochicos reserves the right to decline or cancel any suspicious or incomplete order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we do not offer returns. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video). We will assess and may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 7–10 working days to original payment method.
