1. No Returns on Perishable Products
Our chocolates are freshly made and perishable, which means we do not accept returns once the product is delivered. To maintain quality and hygiene, all sales are considered final. We urge customers to double-check the order before placing it. However, we’re always here to help in case of damage or delivery issues.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos or videos of the damaged package and product. Once verified, we will offer a replacement and it will be delivered in 3-5 working days post approval. We do not issue refunds for damages reported after 24 hours.
3. Melted or Spoiled Chocolates
We take every step to pack our chocolates safely, especially during warm weather. However, if your chocolates arrive melted or spoiled due to transit delays, please report the issue immediately. We’ll do our best to assess and provide a replacement wherever possible. Our team may request photographic evidence to verify the claim.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if:
- You received a wrong order
 - The item was damaged beyond use
 - The issue was reported within 24 hours of delivery
 
Refunds are credited only after approval and will reflect within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after a certain time, as our chocolates are made fresh to order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, production may have begun, and cancellation will not be possible. For COD orders, repeated cancellations may result in future order restrictions.
6. Shipping details
We use reliable third-party courier services to deliver our products. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline at the time of purchase.
All the orders will be dispatched in 1 business days and will be delivered in 3-5 business days.
